Once you receive this documentation you must complete it correctly and fax it back to us, and then send us a copy with the drive.
9. What format is used to send the recovered data to me?
The recovered data will be sent in a CD/DVD.
If it is over 4 Gb, we will send you the data in a new hard drive.
